Each focaccia is handcrafted using strong white bread flour, fresh yeast, and cool water, then topped with fresh rosemary, thyme, and plump olives before baking to perfection.
The dough is allowed to rise slowly, creating an open, tender crumb and a beautiful golden crust.
You’ll receive two round focaccias (10″ each), ideal for sharing, sandwiches, or serving alongside soups, salads, and cheese boards.
